Lisa Rosenthal, JD
Lisa is a graduate of UC Berkeley (Psychology), UCLA Law, and the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute (Haas School of Business) executive coaching and leadership bootcamp (BECI certification pending). She is the creator of the Bramble and Rose Method—an innovative, narrative-based framework for conflict resolution, coaching, and couples work. Bringing a special blend of warmth, humor, and intellectual rigor, Lisa helps clients transform maladaptive narratives into empowering realities, and is especially skilled at guiding individuals and couples through high-stakes decisions, emotional impasses, and life transitions. She also specializes in executive coaching, career reinvention, and developing emotionally intelligent leadership.
Dr. James H. Bramson, PsyD
James is a licensed psychologist and executive coach with over 25 years of experience. He is the Director of Organizational Solutions, and Co-Founder of the East Bay Mindfulness Center, San Diego Mindfulness Center, and the West Coast Mindfulness Institute. He brings deep expertise in clinical psychology, neuropsychology, organizational consulting, and forensic evaluation. James uses a strategic, solution-focused approach integrating CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Angeles Arrien’s coaching methods, and mindfulness to help clients live and lead with clarity, emotional agility, and purpose. He has delivered international keynotes for the Australian Psychological Society and the Australian Hypnosis Society, and regularly trains executive leaders and clinicians in the field of psychology.
